Passing Through
Robbie Synge and Julie Cleves (UK)
Performance | 45'
9 de June . 9pm | Sala Estúdio Mário Viegas . Teatro São Luiz

Passing Through is a studio theatre stage performance which involves floor movement technique. At certain moments, some videos are shown using specially designed objects (‘blocks’ and ‘boards’). The presentation of this film material extends the context and understanding of choreographic actions beyond the theatre and into different settings (urban/rural, public/private, unfamiliar/familiar places).

The two forms of working and presenting are connected and given a local context and opportunity for response and cultural exchange, which may be emphasized by a panel, a group or quiet discussions.
