CiM – 15 years in motion Created in 2007 from an invitation to the MODE H Festival, in Tours – France. The play with twelve minutes took on the name, Baton Rouge. The two shows were a huge success at Sala Vinci, with 3500 people giving a standing ovation. After this success, it was impossible to stop then. CiM was born and a new street play called Sobre Rodas. The show travelled the road and reached Spain, France and Brazil. After that, CiM broaden its horizon. It is no longer a project for Cerebral Palsy, to encompass all areas of disability. Among several projects, we highlight the desire to create a movement that would expand access to Dance for people with disabilities and created the project Replicar, a CiM – Training in Integrated Dance. We ran across the country and we didn’t stop there. Hundreds of people, professionals and non-professionals took part in the project. Today there is CiM for adults with or without disabilities, CiM for children, CiM for seniors and CiM for everyone. Its influence is felt in the country and in Europe. The photos were taken by A. Roque and Célia Carmona. +INFO
