Interface a 4 tempos para: Mendax sonata
José Carlos Neves & João Trindade (PT)
Installation
5 to 22 Dec. Tuesday to Friday 2PM to 8Pm and Sat 10AM to 4PM > Espaço Cultural das Mercês

In Interface to 4 times to: (…) four sprockets wheels mark different times from the same compass, and it is up to those who manipulate them to mark the synchrony and dyssynchrony of a mechanical interface, exposed, without places inaccessible to curiosity. A transparency that extends to the sharing of the technical process in an invitation to its re-elaboration. In this InShadow, machine and spectateur feedMendax. A sonata of John Trindade, who proposes a reflexion about different relocations of the sound environment, how these can incorporate as many hidden images of the world, some purposely hidden, others that slide by osmosis: Omnis homo mendax.
