Mude em Movimento – Festival of Design and Performance results from a partnership between Vo’Arte and MUDE – Design and Fashion Museum, Francisco Capelo Collection and is integrated in the initiative Mude em Movimento, which aims to go outdoors and temporarilyoccupy different public spaces in Lisbon.

The Festival intercepts residents, passers and tourists of Lisbon’s historic center, with artistic proposals that cross performance, design, fashion, architecture and urbanism. The Festival intends to contribute to the creative and entertaining living of the city, as well as to raise awareness among adults and children to the relationship between body, equipment and public space, aiming to redesign their relationship with the city.

In an inclusive way, with no prejudices and humorously, the concepts of object, street, clothing, body, scale, heritage, time and place are discussed. In Baixa Pombalina, ideas are shaken with proposals of interpretation, analysis and reflection about the urban landscape, calling for everyone’s participation.
