DANIEL SANTOS

Born in 1988, in Faro. He studied the specialized course of Communication Design at the Escola Secundária de Tomás Cabreira and Animated Image degree at UAlg – University of Algarve.

Even though he focuses on various genres, his preference is landscape, birds and macro.

In 2013, he started learning photography through workshops.

Since 2015, he saw his photographic works being distinguished in photo contests both national and international.

JOANA SILVA

Joana Cristina Silva is Deaf. My story as an “amateur” photographer started in the 16th of December of 2009. Everyday I try to learn more and more about photography techniques. My photos are my hobby and a very important part of my life, where I enjoy my imagination and through the creation and image conjugation, I obtain an artistic product.

ZÉ LUÍS REBEL

Portuguese filmmaker, from Porto. He graduated in Multimedia in Audiovisual, in 2011, founded GestoFilmes Studios, an independent movie studio dedicated to film production with subtitles and sign language, having a list of more than 20 films, such as, short cuts and documentaries.

GestoFilmes, Zé Luís or ZR, is known in the Portuguese deaf community and in his contributions to the community in the fight to break down barriers and building bridges.
